why is my fridge too cold?
we purchased a brand new maytag fridge and after the 24 hr settling period we filled it with food. After a few days we noticed that random things would freeze, namely all of our vegetables, milk, juice. The fridge came at a factory setting of 0F for the freezer and 38F for the fridge. We've adjusted the setting one degree per day to the point where the temp is at 45F but it's still way too cold. We called Maytag and after numerous service and back ordered parts we demanded a replacement. It's doing the same freezing thing again though. Is it something we are doing wrong?? I'm getting tired of buying and throwing out frozen vegetables and other unusable food.
