Potato Chips
How do i make potato chips?
I would like to try making deep fried potato chips. Do I need to boil the potatoes first to soften them up a little before deep frying?
no don't biol them. just clean them... slice them as thin or thick as you want, but they have to be pretty thin thick cut will be a french fry... and add them to hot il about 350 to 375 and cook till they float. scoop them pout and put them on paper towels to drain. slat to taste or splash a little malt vinegar and salt WA LA!!!
